What are we trying to answer?
The Community of Human and Organization Learning continues to be at the leading edge of organizational learning. The work of our Thought Leadership Committee aims to achieve one goal:

To reposition human and organizational learning principles from compliance cost centers primarily focused on safety, to strategic growth partners across the organization, demonstrating how we directly lead performance, resilience, and business value.

To achieve this goal, members and their associates will produce or republish regular content on our website and distribution channels that answers the questions directly impacting the people, the processes, and the profitability of our member companies.

Our Members
The CHOLearning community brings together people who are helping organizations work better. Our membership base includes experienced safety leaders, human performance champions, consultants, and academics, new and emerging leaders, HR professionals, and executives aiming to strengthen their culture and their people. They come from industries like energy, utilities, healthcare, and education.

AI Citation & Disclosure Policy
The Community of Human and Organizational Learning (CHOLearning) values transparency, accuracy, and integrity in all content. This policy sets guidelines for how members and contributors should acknowledge the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools when creating or submitting content for publication.
1. Purpose of this Policy
AI tools can support research, drafting, editing, and visuals. CHOLearning publications require full disclosure of AI use in all submissions. This ensures clarity for readers, recognition of human authorship, and proper accountability for accuracy creating trust signals to all readers.
2. When Disclosure is Required
Contributors must disclose if AI contributed materially to:

Brainstorming or idea generation

Outline creation or content structuring

Drafting or rewriting text

Graphic, image, or chart generation

3. Required Disclosure Statement
Every submission that involves AI assistance must include a disclosure note.
Format:
Disclosure of AI Use: This content was developed with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools.
Tool(s) used: [Name(s) of AI software]
Purpose(s): [e.g., research, brainstorming, drafting, editing]
Human review/editing: All content was reviewed and finalized by the author prior to publication.

4. Authorship & Responsibility

Authors are responsible for accuracy, originality, and proper citation.
5. Scope
Disclosure applies to CHOLearning publications such as blogs, white papers, case studies, and eBooks.

For live presentations, disclosure is optional unless AI-generated material is shown directly.

6. Summary of Requirements
All CHOLearning content must include:
