About The Event

Obviously, an organization’s C-suite needs to champion change initiatives from the top, with visibility and sincerity. But (with all due respect) it’s more important for leaders at all levels of the organization to know how to support and champion strategy and culture changes, to build engagement, dialogue, and aligned understanding.

This webinar will be an inside look at how change management experts think about planning and implementing organizational ‘shifts’ that matter. The webinar will also include practical exercises (read: Be ready for breakout groups), so that we can more closely focus on:

  • Why change is hard,
  • The steps to identify and overcome barriers to change, and
  • How you can leverage these insights to lead change in your organization

About the Presenter: Dean teaches organizational change leadership with the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and on organizational culture, decision-making, and data analytics strategies for Fortune 100 companies. He has a Master’s degree in Business from St Joseph’s University, and his career has been focused on change management and Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement.

Dean is a member of the CHOL Board of Directors. He is mostly retired, and his energy is now increasingly focused on recreational bicycling and surfing.
