About The Event
Investigating outcomes is an essential practice for increasing organizational learning. However, many investigation reports read like an action sequence from a Michael Bay movie starring clueless workers and bad decisions, instead of the dramatic tales filled with rich context, contributing factors, and organizational issues that they are. In this presentation, we will examine how storytelling can mitigate bias, increase empathy, and support organizational learning.
