Join us next month for a fireside conversation with Brian Moon, the executive director of the Naturalistic Decision Making Association.
The Naturalistic Decision Making (NDM) community studies how experts make decisions under stress. Experts can size up a situation quickly and know what to do despite time pressure and uncertainty. How experts make decisions is described in the recognition-primed decision model. The cool thing is that we can support people with training and tools to help them make better decisions.
In this conversation, we’ll explore what might surprise you about how experts make decisions and offer a tip or two on how you can support better decision-making within your teams.
