What does "Leveling Up" mean to you? The Community? The annual conference? 

For the first time, we'll be providing a look ahead for the 2023 Conference. 

Join Joe Estey, Sr. and Jessica Morgan from the Community of Human and Organizational Learning for a fun filled experience. Get a sneak peek at what goes into the presenter selection experience. Learn more about the conference destination. We may even hold a contest for discounted tickets. 

About the Presenter: Joe Estey has over 35 years of experience training and consulting first line workers, foremen, supervisors, department managers and executives in Human Performance Improvement, Conduct of Operations and leadership and management principles and practices.

He works routinely with private and public organizations involved in forest management and paper production, nuclear materials and chemical manufacturing, food processing, building maintenance and grounds keeping, power generation and transmission, engineering and construction.

A practitioner and promoter of life-long learning, he has been awarded three National Public Service Outreach Awards from the White House Leadership Executive Council from two Presidential administrations. His book, the Tomorrow Tapestry: Life Woven on the Fabric of Change (2003) was one of Publish America’s Best Selling business books in 2008 and is used in leadership and team dynamics training across the United States.

Jessica Morgan is a solopreneur and owner of WSD Services, a full-service marketing and graphic design agency. As a consultant, Jessica serves clients where their greatest needs are. Website copy, landing pages, social media, and graphic design fill most of her workload. She specializes in brand development and management. “I love helping small businesses find who they are as a brand!” She has worked in industries ranging from minor league baseball, telemedicine, home services, and outdoor recreation. Currently, WSD Services specializes in web-design for small businesses and overall communication support for clients in the corporate training and human performance space. She currently serves as the Director of Communications for the Community of Human and Organizational Learning.
