About The Event

In an increasingly globalized world, working across organizational boundaries with contractors, consultants, and complex supply chains is business as usual. It also is increasingly hard and sometimes dangerous. This presentation will review how cross-boundary coordination works, how it breaks down, and what we can do about it. Being able to navigate the complexities of multi-party work is a critical skill and adaptive capacity all organizations need to develop.
